How does your shop work and when does it open?My shop only opens a couple of times a year! I will make an announcement on Instagram a week or so in advance before a drop and shop will be open for only a week a time!
Much of the merchandise is limited in quantity and will not be restocked when sold out. You can subscribe to the mailing list and be able to buy merchandise for drops on onenhillion.com!1. ShippingI process orders 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. With permanently slowed USPS deliveries, there may be up to a 2 month delay! If you haven't received your order after 9 weeks from receiving the tracking number, please contact me at [email protected] with your full name and order number and I can take a look! Please contact me as well if you received the wrong items!2. International ShippingI ship internationally but please be aware that I base my shipping costs on USPS delivery rates! Shipping internationally will take up to 9 weeks! Please keep in mind that due to new tariffs, you may have to pay a tariff on your package when it arrives in your country! Currently, I do not ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR requirements. :(3. ReplacementsIf your products are damaged during transit, e-mail me a photo and I can work on getting you a replacement. If the tracking is marked as delivered on the USPS tracking code, I am not responsible for products becoming damaged or stolen after they have safely arrived.4.
